I always operated this drone within conservative parameters and ideal environmental conditions. I treat my gear very well, and you will find that true with this kit. It has never been crashed, never even flipped over upon landing, and still comes with all the original parts and rotor blades except one (5.5 pairs total). Due to a change in career a couple of years ago, this drone has seen very little flying time. My guess is that each battery has less than 30 cycles each. All three batteries charge to full and show no signs of swelling. The entire system has always been stored in the padded bag and protected in a temperature-controlled environment. I just powered the drone and controller on before posting this, and it connected immediately to 12+ GPS satellites and flew as expected. This kit was purchased by me on March 15, 2022 brand new directly from Amazon (shipped and sold by Amazon). It was then registered directly with DJI for their 2-year DJI Care Refresh coverage that expired in April of 2024. Therefore, there is no longer any warranty or coverage, and this entire combo is sold as-is. Drone and controller are still on the firmware that was updated right after purchase around April of 2022. I'm willing to arrange a pickup in the St George, Utah area, or ship anywhere in the United States via FedEx/UPS Ground for $100.
